The creation of Observatories has developed the anchoring of the RADDHO at national and subregional thus enhancing the credibility of the organization and its investigative capacity and awareness. The Observatories have become the nerve centres in regions and in some countries, and as such, facilitate and improve the work of regional offices and national serving as a basis for implementing all projects of the RADDHO. They have improved care for victims and violations of human rights.

► allowing a much more effective collaboration with partners.
